Her career includes leadership roles within multinational organisations and international businesses, including serving as VP & Assistant General Counsel at Aramark and Head of Legal Affairs at Aer Rianta International, where she built and led global legal functions, partnered closely with executive teams and joint venture partners, and supported significant international expansion. Her work has spanned complex commercial negotiations, M&A, governance, compliance and cross-border operations across Europe, the UK, the US and offshore locations.

Earlier in her career, she practised as a Senior Corporate Associate at Arthur Cox, advising listed companies, State bodies and major corporates on corporate governance, M&A, commercial contracts and high-value transactions.

Having worked both inside complex organisations and alongside external advisers, she founded the practice to provide embedded, fractional in-house support — offering senior judgment, continuity, and practical execution without the rigidity of permanent headcount. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, sound judgment, and a commitment to responsible, sustainable growth.
